What Can Be Returned (and What Can’t)

Your return needs to come back in original, unused condition - not worn or tested “just for an hour”

Earrings / pierced jewellery:

Due to hygiene laws, once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. No one wants second-hand ear time.

Custom/personalised pieces:

If I’ve made it specifically for you, it can only be returned if it’s faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something shows up broken or faulty

  • Tell us within 30 days
  • Send a couple of photos
  • I’ll refund, repair, or replace, whichever is appropriate
  • I will cover return postage for faulty items

Refund Timing

Once your return reaches me and passes a quick inspection, you’ll be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.
